· For the project evaluation students have to bring the following without which no evaluation will be done and they will be given a FAIL grade : (i) The diary they have maintained and duly signed by their guide time to time, (ii) The SRS Design document (Not more than 35 pages) duly verified and approved by their guide, (iii) For those groups for whom SRS is not valid (Such as Research based topic) a detailed literature survey and detail of what they have done along with printout of papers they have communicated/published. · For cross sectional groups the students will come in that section timing in which majority of group members belong (for instance if there are 2 CS-Indigo and 1-CS-Purple student group come during CS-Indigo Timing; for equally divided groups come during the first instance). For inter-departmental groups (CS-IT groups) they will come during IT timings. |
